The listing of a tool in this section does not mean it is suitable for all purposes or all types of School data. Users must ensure that their own use of the tool complies with the School’s data privacy, data protection, information security and other relevant policies.
The AI tools listed on this page have been assessed by ITSU based on specific use cases submitted by Units/Colleges.
If the intended use involves a different use case or data classification, an ITS ticket must be submitted for further assessment and advice before use.

Review Status
The review status indicates the current stage of ITS assessment.
Standard definitions include:
– In Progress – The tool is undergoing initial or detailed review by ITS.
– Initial Review Completed – A procurement process has been conducted; further review or clarification may be required.
– Reviewed (Date) – The assessment has been completed based on available information at the specified date.
The review status is subject to periodic update in accordance with ongoing monitoring, risk assessment, and changes in tool functionality or data handling practices.
